Rescheduling Fee: For any rescheduling request made within 4 days or less of the scheduled class, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply.

Online course must be completed, and materials must be brought to class.  Instructor Canidates must have their current Adult / Pediatric First Aid, CPR /AED or BLS with Red Cross, AHA or HSI by class start date. No exceptions – if prerequisites aren’t met you will have to reschedule. 

Credit Card/Debit Card Dispute
It is your responsibility to know and understand the charges you submit. We do not manually charge payments—payments are submitted by the student. If you accidentally submit more than one payment, you have up to five days from the date of payment to contact us to rectify the situation and receive a refund.

If a charge is disputed by the student (or the cardholder) for any reason, including lack of recognition or recall of the charge, the student is responsible for a $25 processing fee in addition to the original amount owed for the transaction.

By registering for and attending any course offered by Desert Heartbeat CPR, participants acknowledge and accept that they are voluntarily participating in a physical and educational activity. Desert Heartbeat CPR and its instructors are not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the course, whether on-site or off-site.

By signing up for a class, you agree to release and hold harmless Desert Heartbeat CPR, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims of liability.
